Break-even insights
  • Weekly pass breaks even at 3 workouts per week

You're at 4/week — buy the weekly pass.

  • Monthly pass breaks even at 8 workouts per month

At your pace you'd hit ~17 workouts in 30 days — go monthly.

  • Monthly costs 2.4× the weekly

Monthly is materially cheaper than 4 weeklies — go monthly if you'll stay 3+ weeks.

How the math works

Total workouts = days × (workouts/week ÷ 7), rounded. Drop-in cost = workouts × rate. Weekly and monthly pass costs round up to whole passes (you can’t buy 1.4 weeks). The global subscription pro-rates a monthly fee across the days you’re actually in town.

Where this saves money

Most nomads default to drop-in because it feels flexible. For stays past about a week with 4+ workouts, a weekly pass usually wins by 30–50%. For 3+ week stays, monthly often beats four weeklies. For people in big cities every month, a global subscription (ClassPass, Anytime Fitness) tends to dominate everything if you actually use it.
